The Main Worship Area at Dewsbury Minster. The space can be configured to suit your needs. Available for hire.
Dewsbury Minster Church of All Saints is within 10 – 15 minutes of the M1 and 20 minutes of the M62, situated on the ring road within walking distance of the Town Centre and its famous Market. It offers room hire space for small groups, or up to 300 people:
- the Worship area* has a variety of uses, including creative installations, music concerts and more, and can hold up to 300 people
- the Creche* for small meetings of up to 20 people
- the Lower Hall for meetings and events, holding between 50 – 60 people with catering options available upon request
- the Upper Hall* for meetings and events, holding up to 100 people
- the Refectory Cafe can be used as a break-out area if you require
- the Paulinus Chapel* can be used for quiet reflection and prayer, but is not available for hire
- Heritage Tours available on request
*Please note that food and drink are not permitted in these areas.
Location, Parking and Accessibility
The Minster is located on Vicarage Road, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF12 8DD.
The Car Park entrance is to the rear, on the Link Road, opposite Wickes.
Disabled spaces are available. There is also a ‘drop off point’ at The Minster’s main entrance, off the Vicarage Road section of Dewsbury Ring Road. On street ‘Coach Stop’ for drop off, on Link Road.
The Minster is fully accessible to the disabled with lift and disabled toilets.
A loop sound system operates in the Worship Area.
